H.R. 645 calls for the establishment of “National Emergency Centers”, detention facilities in as many as 6 major population centers across the US (read the bill). Corrupt Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings introduced the bill. Hastings also serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Hastings appeared to be sheep-dipped into his congressional district by the corruption networks which saturate the “National Security” establishment. This bill, of course, represents a long standing plan dating back to similar Iran-Contra era schemes which surfaced during Oliver North’s Congressional testimony:
Watch:
Rex 84 was a plan for the widespread round up of dissidents and political “subversives”, masked as a mass detention of “illegal aliens”. In early 2006, Peter Dale Scott reported that Halliburton subsidiary KBR, had been contracted by FEMA on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security to build detention facilities as part of a 10-year plan code named Operation ENDGAME, which began in 2003.
Of course, FEMA, since its inception, has seen the ideals of our constitutional republic as anathema to its general mission. FEMA was created at the behest of Trilateral Commission founder and Rockefeller minion Zbigniew Brzezinski by his National Security Council subordinate, Samuel Huntington. On behalf of the Trilateral Commission, Huntington wrote, “A government which lacks authority will have little ability, short of a cataclysmic crisis, to impose on its people the sacrifices which may be necessary to deal with foreign policy problems and defense… We have come to recognize that there are potential desirable limits to economic growth. There are also potentially desirable limits to the indefinite extension of political democracy.”
The new Administration has echoed this drumbeat of “sacrifice” as a “cataclysmic crisis” looms on the horizon. With nine high ranking officials holding membership to the exclusive Trilateral Commission, the new Administration should bring to completion many of the plans laid out in the firs Trilateral Presidency of Jimmy Carter. As for H.R. 645, we have an opportunity to slightly hasten the creeping agenda. Rep. Hasting’s has argued that these facilities are necessary to avert another “Katrina-like catastrophe”; however, it is clear that detention facilities are not relief centers. This legislation is rife with deception. Everyone, Republican or Democrat, should have cause to oppose this bill.

Check out this video of an Orwellian FAKE FEMA Press Conference. The mainstream media covered it live. Someone explain to me how this isn’t a third world totalitarian system.
